First let me say, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive daily to make our customers beyond happy with their experience at The Reclaimed Farmhouse. If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it out of the box, don't worry about it- you can return any item to us within 15 days of delivery for a refund. For instructions on how to do this, continue reading below.
Damage or Defect
If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. Once we have a photo of the damages and verify that it is defective, we'll immediately send a replacement. And don't worry- shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement.
The fastest way to get a replacement for a damaged item is to reply to your order confirmation email or to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the damage and a picture, if applicable. From there, our awesome customer service team will take care of everything!
Our return policy covers up to 15 days after delivery (excluding custom orders). If your order doesn't meet your expectations after having it in your home a few days, we understand. Simply place it back in the mail within 15 days of delivery date. As long as it's postmarked within 15 days after it was delivered to your shipping address, we'll be able to take it back for a full refund back to your original payment method.
Ship the product(s) to our distribution center at 2058 College View Rd, Manhattan, KS 66502 with Attention: Returns. We currently do not cover return shipping for normal, undamaged returns.
Include the original packing slip or a note indicating the order number, items you're returning, and the reason for return.
Once we receive the product(s) in acceptable condition, we will process a refund back to you.
After the process is complete, you will be sent a refund confirmation e-mail and you can expect a refund to appear on your next credit card statement.
When shipping an item, please use a shipping service with tracking capabilities and shipping insurance. The Reclaimed Farmhouse offers no insurance or shipping warranties on returned items shipped by customers.
