WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
Orders normally take 3-5 business days (during COVID restrictions 4-7 business days) to process after receipt of payment and for pre-orders 4-7 business days after ETA date. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund if it has not been shipped. After they have been processed and have an attached tracking number your order may not be cancelled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. The Reclaimed Farmhouse cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
Once your item has shipped we are also not responsible for delivery from the postal service. If your item says it was delivered but has not arrived please check with your local post office for confirmation. Again, we are not responsible for their error in delivery. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box so please include a physical address.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
Most items (excluding pre-orders) ship within 3-5 business days (4-7 business days during COVID restrictions). There are unique circumstances where it can take longer. We will do our best to notify you ahead of time.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
All orders ship from our warehouses in the United States.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
In some cases, items will be sent in separate packages due to logistical reasons. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. When this is the case we will provide tracking numbers for each package. If you have any other questions, please contact us.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
No, we are only able to ship within the United States at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
