We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier. Some larger or heavier items may cost more to ship and additional shipping charges may need to be added. In this case, you will be contacted, via email, prior to shipping.
At this time we only ship within the United States. All shipping prices are in US dollars.
Product Availability & Backorder Items
We continually strive to display the most current and accurate product inventory information.
In the event a product’s availability changes, you will be notified via email and provided with alternative options, including the option to request a refund. It is The Reclaimed Farmhouses' general policy to hold your order and ship immediately once our stock is replenished in the absence of customer direction otherwise. We will not automatically cancel your order. We do our best to get your items processed and shipped quickly, but sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, a delay may occur and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
At the time of processing your order for shipping, you will receive a shipment notification via email that includes a tracking number to track the status of your package. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded), and will leave our shipment center warehouse within 7 business days, unless otherwise noted as described above.
All prices in our shops and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
First let me say, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive daily to make our customers beyond happy with their experience at The Reclaimed Farmhouse. If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it out of the box, don't worry about it- you can return any item to us within 15 days of delivery for a refund. Damage or Defect
If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. Once we have a photo of the damages and verify that it is defective, we'll immediately send a replacement. And don't worry- shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement.
The fastest way to get a replacement for a damaged item is to reply to your order confirmation email or to send an email to email@example.com with the details of the damage and a picture, if applicable. From there, our awesome customer service team will take care of everything!
Our return policy covers up to 15 days after delivery (excluding custom orders). If your order doesn't meet your expectations after having it in your home a few days, we understand. Simply place it back in the mail within 15 days of delivery date. As long as it's postmarked within 15 days after it was delivered to your shipping address, we'll be able to take it back for a full refund back to your original payment method.
Ship the product(s) to our distribution center at: The Reclaimed Farmhouse, 15198 Washington Ave NE, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110 with Attention: Returns. We currently do not cover return shipping for normal, undamaged returns.
Include the original packing slip or a note indicating the order number, items you're returning, and the reason for return.
Once we receive the product(s) in acceptable condition, we will process a refund back to you.
After the process is complete, you will be sent a refund confirmation e-mail and you can expect a refund to appear on your next credit card statement.
When shipping an item, please use a shipping service with tracking capabilities and shipping insurance. The Reclaimed Farmhouse offers no insurance or shipping warranties on returned items shipped by customers.
